Can't Think of an OC

I made this not only for my struggle to find an OC, but also for ~stevanov's recent problem of thinking of an OC (which is why the blue on resembles stevanov's DevID)

If you can't figure it out, the blue one is thinking of ideas for OC's (horns for example) but the orange one tells the blue one that it's been done.

The three OC's in this are ^Synfull's, =Sinister-Starfeesh's and ^CookiemagiK's.
